Room to Move with Comfort and Space - Our units are much more comfortable than hotel rooms and are comparable in cost to large hotel suites. We offer full-sized, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments complete with fully-equipped kitchens, furnishings, appliances, housewares, linens, bedding and more. Our rentals are in beautiful, upscale apartment communities that feature amenities like lush landscaping, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, fitness centers, conference rooms, private parking and more. Our accommodations are centrally located and convenient to businesses and shopping districts in the cities we serve.

Added Value Option - Yes, your company will get more for its investment with Corporate Housing Associates, LP (CHA). Our rentals can accommodate individuals, families or roommates. Our units are ideal if employees are given the option of sharing a two- or three-bedroom unit to lower costs because unlike hotels, we don’t charge per person. We also don’t charge you the taxes and fees that hotels are obliged to pass on to their guests regardless of the length of their stay. In some cities, you’ll pay 15% or more in hotel room taxes, plus state and local sales taxes and other miscellaneous fees that vary by location – all in addition to the rental price for the room. With CHA, these fees do not apply on stays that are thirty (30) days or more.

 

Relocating with CHA = Simplicity, Ease & Efficiency – We will bill your company directly, eliminating the need to complete and submit an expense report. If your company has multiple employees in corporate housing rentals, we’ll consolidate and itemize the billing and give your company one point of contact – a professional National Account Coordinator. Of course, we also take responsibility for ensuring that utilities and any other requested services are set up prior to your arrival. Your company pays one bill for renting the unit – we handle all the details. We schedule and manage housekeeping services and other special requests. Most major credit cards are accepted.

This is accomplished through our Destination Services which includes an introduction of expats to the local culture, tours of available housing and the local area, corporate and temporary housing, locate schools and houses of worship, set initial interviews for public and/or private schools, and much more. Our representative consults with your representative to ensure your company’s obligations and guidelines for relocating employees and their families are maintained. We conduct a needs analysis regarding their housing requirements, budget, and location preferences. We often place the potential client within our existing portfolio, but occasionally, we will set up accommodations tailored to the client’s requirements to ensure optimum satisfaction of all parties.

 

Property Management – Is the optimum solution for homeowners with busy schedules or employees away on assignment for an extended period of time. Through property management, CHA Residential Services, a division of CHA, assists homeowners with tenant screening, conducts background checks, collects rent, markets property to fill vacancy, provides monthly financial reports, periodically reviews property and coordinates maintenance and repairs as needed. CHA Residential Services offers you peace of mind managing your property.

 

GSA Certified Contractor – As a GSA Certified Contractor, CHA provides government employees and military personnel with furnished lodging during temporary assignments of duty, relocation and/or reposting, troop mobilizations for missions or training, contractor launch of new DoD initiatives or conducting new equipment testing.
